Summary

This tab will allow users to read/send SMS from any USB modem/ mobile phone connected to the Proxidize interface. This feature is available in all Proxidize plans.

Read SMS

1. Select the modem you want to view/send sms from:. Select the index of the modem you want to read/send SMS from.
2. Select Send or Read SMS. Choose "Read SMS" then click on "Submit".

Viewing SMS messages for modem with index. After pressing "Submit", users will be able to view all SMS received on the selected USB modem/mobile phone.

Send SMS

1. Send SMS using modem with Index. The index of the USB modem/mobile phone the user wants to send SMS from
2. Select Send or Read SMS. Choose "Send SMS" then click on "Submit". A new window appears in the same tab with the below parameters:
   • Modem index. The index of the USB modem/mobile phone the user wants to send SMS from.
   • Receiver Number. The phone number of the message receiver.
   • Message Content. The body of the message.

The message will be sent to the receiver number once the user clicks on "Submit".

Delete SMS

The feature "Delete SMS" was added to Proxidize version 0.5.5.4 and higher. This feature allows the user to either delete all SMS at once or delete specific messages directly from the Proxidize interface.

1. Delete All SMS: Deletes all messages received on the selected modem.
2. Delete SMS: This button is attached to each row to delete specific messages received on the modem.
