Extended Support for All Plans During Cloud Platform Beta

At Proxidize, we’re committed to ensuring that every user feels supported, heard, and valued, especially during our beta phases. As we continue to refine our Cloud Platform, we understand the importance of offering comprehensive assistance to all our users—whether you’re on the Free, Personal, Business, or Enterprise plan.

That’s why we’re excited to announce that for the next few months, all Proxidize plans will have access to full support services. This means that even if you’re on our Free or Personal plan, you’ll benefit from premium support typically reserved for Business and Enterprise users, however at a lower priority.

Why Are We Doing This?

As the Cloud Platform is still in beta, we believe it’s essential to ensure that all our users are supported and have their feedback heard. This will help us gather the insights we need to make the platform even more stable and reliable for everyone.

We want you to feel that you’re a part of this evolution and that your voice matters. Our temporary support extension is part of this initiative—allowing you to reach out, ask questions, and receive expert guidance no matter which plan you’re on.

What Does This Mean for You?

  • Free and Personal Plan Users: You now have access to 24/7 phone, chat, and email support, along with onboarding help typically available only to premium users.
  • Business and Enterprise Plan Users: You continue to enjoy our highest level of support, with no interruptions.

Whether it’s help with integrations, troubleshooting, or simply understanding how to maximise your Proxidize experience, our team is here to assist.

How Long Will This Last?

While we’re eager to offer this extended support, please note that it is temporary. Once the platform is sufficiently stable, we will revert to our original support structure where premium support will be exclusive to Business and Enterprise plans.

Free and Personal users will still be able to report issues and bugs, engage with the community and receive billing support and any other resources needed to ensure they are able to use Proxidize successfully. However, they will no longer have access to the live chat and phone support channels.

We encourage all users to take full advantage of this offer while it’s available. Your feedback during this time is invaluable to us as we fine-tune the platform and prepare for its full release.

As we progress through the beta phase, rest assured that Proxidize is continuously working to improve, grow, and provide the tools you need to succeed.
